The other massive problem is the horrible ergonomics, some people like it, but they are a vocal minority, not nearly the same universal approval as the Xbox One controller. The problem is many games don't support the use of a mouse and keyboard simultaneously, making configuration a long drawn out process. The Steam controller is a pc gamers wet dream for feature set. The one thing this controller does well is incredible ergonomics/feel, everything is in the right place and nearly every button is easy to depress (aside from the thumsticks). Wired use is also null and void due to the micro usb port design (the designer of which is clearly into mass sadism), leading to frequent loose cables and lost connections. The Xbox One controller lacks a gyro, so accurate aiming is off the table. It seems that whenever I find a viable controller there is something horribly wrong with it, as though there is some vast conspiracy to force pc gamers into using a mouse/kb.
